Policy For Service Cancellation
Period of Cancellation
Clients are not penalised if they cancel their service reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation.
Cancellation Fees: 20% of the total service cost will be charged for cancellations made after 24 hours from the time of booking.
Eligibility for Refunds
Only cancellations made within the allotted 24 hours will be eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within five to seven business days.
Purchases That Are Not Refundable
All purchases of tickets and reservations are completely non-refundable and non-deferrable.
Procedure for Cancellation
Customers must contact our support team at admin@tap4ticket.com in order to cancel a reservation.
Modifications to the Reservation
At least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, requests to modify reservation dates or times must be made.
Availability determines approval. Any modifications made after this period may incur additional fees.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
1. Postponement or cancellation of an event
The organiser, venue owner, or their designated PR team will send out an official postponement or cancellation notice (collectively, "notices") via Tap4Ticket or other pertinent media platforms if an event is cancelled or postponed. As permitted by an earlier signed agreement, Tap4Ticket will only process refunds from the money received from the organiser. Only the ticket price will be refunded; processing fees and SST will not be covered. Based on the funds held and the amount paid by the ticket buyer, refunds will be computed on a pro-rated basis (referred to as the "Pro-rated Amount"). Under no circumstances will Tap4Ticket be liable for any refunds that exceed this prorated amount.
2. Payment Obligation of the Organizer
If the organiser has not supplied the necessary refund funds in advance, Tap4Ticket is not liable and is not compelled to pay refunds.
3. Guidelines for Requesting Refunds
The proper refund process, including the deadline and how to file a refund request, will be explicitly stated in all notices.
4. Compliance with Refund Timeframes
After the stated refund period, requests for refunds will not be fulfilled. After this time, Tap4Ticket will have complete control over any monies that remain unclaimed.
5. Method of Refund (Event Cancellation)
All purchased tickets will only be reimbursed via online bank transfer in the event of an event cancellation. Along with any other necessary supporting documentation, ticket purchasers must provide a photocopy of their passport or NRIC. (Refunds will come after Clause #1.)
6. Non-Refundable Fees
The following items are not refundable at all:
- Processing Charge(s)
- The SST
- courier fees (if applicable)
