2. Ticket Sales Mode
  • Pass On Fee – Buyer pays all charges
  • Absorb Fee – Organiser pays all charges
  • Split Fee – Charges shared (e.g., 2% : 3%)
3. Ticket Sales Charges

Tap4Ticket reduces rates to support event industry and reduce financial burden.

Standard Fee 5% or RM2 (min) Normal event basis
Terms Fee 4% or RM2 (min) 1-year exclusive, > RM1M volume
High Volume Fee 3% or RM2 (min) 2-year exclusive, > RM5M volume
Sub-Account Custom 2-year exclusive, direct payout
No transaction fee – Less burden for ticket buyers!
4. NGO / Charitable Donation (-1%)
-1% Sponsored Back for certified NGO/Charity events. Event must be exclusive with Tap4Ticket and show Tap4Ticket logo on marketing materials.
5. Tap4Ticket Payout
  • Monthly Payout – Paid every 28th
  • Bi-Weekly – Paid every 14th & 28th
  • After Event – 7–14 days
  • Ad-hoc Request – 1 week, minimum RM50,000
  • Direct Payout – For exclusive Sub-Account merchants
Default payout: 7 days after event. Monthly payout requires agreement.

Tickets purchased using Atome will be allowed entry ONLY if there are no missed payments prior to the concert date. Any missed or unfinished payments for tickets purchased using Atome will result in the ticket being canceled and not able to be used for entry to the festival
